Johanna Treweeke

Johanna counsels privately as a psychotherapist while teaching counseling skills to students at Southern Cross University as an Academic. In her 15 years of counseling individuals, couples, families and groups, Johanna has presented seminars on a variety of approaches within the domain of psychotherapy - including Gestalt psychology, eco-psychology, narrative therapy, psychodrama, metaphor and art therapies.

Johanna's approach is akin to that of a midwife, assisting a process which has its own natural rhythm of unfolding, and which requires an acute ability to remain continuously attuned to the needs of the moment.
